The Xtensor Hand Exerciser is designed based on three fundamental principles; strength, balance and blood flow to deal with the root cause of many of today's hand, wrist and elbow problems by exercising the hands in the exact opposite direction to how they are used every day.

The goal is to maximize hand performance while trying to minimize, even reverse imbalances that develop in the muscles and tendons of the hands and wrists due to forceful repetitive gripping and squeezing required by life's daily activities whether for dental professionals, tennis players, golfers, knitters, weight lifters, keyboarders, musicians or anyone performing repetitive motion with their hands and wrists.

The Xtensor increases blood flow to hard to reach areas wrists and elbow; the sites of most arm pain bringing powerful compounds such as vitamins, minerals and amino acids essential tools for the healing process.
